Tell us about your favorite meal, either to eat or to prepare.

Okay so I’m very, very picky about what I eat. It’s really serious. I don’t eat meat, bread makes my stomach hurt ( not sure if I have Celiac Disease ), fast food is trash etc. So, I mainly cook my own food and it’s almost always the same thing.

I love my vegetables, especially the green ones. Broccoli, Spinach, Collard Greens, Kale, Cabbage, Bok Choy, Sprouts, String Beans, Lettuce etc. I usually have one or two of those on my plate as well as other vegetables.

Pasta is going to kill me. I’m a little Italian woman (think Marie from “Everybody Loves Raymond”) when it comes to my pasta. I love all pasta dishes sans meat of course.

Fish is life. If I have to have some sort of “meat” on my plate it will be fish. I like Whiting, Flounder and Salmon. If there’s a special at Price Chopper or Walmart on fish, you will see me in that isle.

So, my favorite meal to eat and prepare?

Macaroni and Cheese, String Beans and Fried Whiting (oven friend sometimes)

I could go for that meal right now, but I’ll just eat some Ramen Noodles instead.
