Book #1: Girl, Wash Your Face

Last year, I decided to try to read 100 books. I failed miserably so this year I came down to size and decided to read 12 books. One book for every month.

I’m starting with a book that I purchased last year. “Girl Wash Your Face” by Rachel Hollis. I’m enjoying it so far because I can tell that this isn’t one of those fluff self-help books. She really gets to the nitty gritty and I like that she brings a personal touch as well.

Hollis is very relatable at this point in my life and I’m learning so much about her struggles and how she didn’t let them hold her back. I think that’s a lesson for all of us to learn.

Anyway, I am still reading. If you want me to review the book when I’m finished, comment below.
